Ce superbe tapis persan Lilian, est une pièce authentique réalisée entièrement à la main selon un savoir-faire ancestral. Datant d’environ 1930, ils sont réputées pour la robustesse et la richesse décorative.

Le champ central est dominé par un grand médaillon losangé richement orné de motifs floraux stylisés, harmonieusement agencés autour d’un médaillon central plus clair. L’ensemble repose sur un fond bleu profond, magnifiquement contrasté par des nuances de rouge brique, ivoire, beige et touches de brun, créant une composition à la fois dynamique et équilibrée.

Les bordures larges et finement décorées, composées de motifs floraux continus et de rinceaux végétaux, encadrent élégamment le décor central et renforcent la structure visuelle du tapis. La laine, de belle qualité, offre un toucher dense et souple, garantissant à la fois confort et durabilité.

This superb Persian Lilian rug is an authentic piece made entirely by hand using traditional techniques. Dating from around 1930, it bears witness to the great craft tradition, renowned for the robustness and decorative richnesse. The central field is dominated by a large diamond-shaped medallion richly decorated with stylized floral motifs, harmoniously arranged around a lighter central medallion. The whole rests on a deep blue background, beautifully contrasted by shades of brick red, ivory, beige, and touches of brown, creating a composition that is both dynamic and balanced. The wide, finely decorated borders, composed of continuous floral motifs and plant scrolls, elegantly frame the central decoration and reinforce the visual structure of the rug.
