Ce superbe tapis persan Ispahan , est une pièce authentique réalisée entièrement à la main selon un savoir-faire ancestral. Datant d’environ 1920, il témoigne de la grande tradition artisanale des Ispahan, réputées pour la richesse décorative de leurs tapis. Le champ central est dominé par un grand médaillon richement orné de motifs floraux stylisés, harmonieusement agencés autour d’un médaillon central plus clair.

This superb Isfahan Persian rug is an authentic piece, entirely handmade using time-honored techniques. Dating from around 1920, it testifies to the great artisanal tradition of Isfahan, renowned for the rich decoration of its rugs. The central field is dominated by a large medallion richly adorned with stylized floral motifs, harmoniously arranged around a lighter-colored central medallion.
